Tridel Hullmark Centre

SGH Design Partners has been working with Tridel, the largest builder of sustainable condominiums in the Greater Toronto Area. The Hullmark Centre is a LEED project, registered with the Canada Green Building Council to obtain GOLD certification. It includes a 45-storey commercial tower in a proposed mixed-use office, condominium and retail complex. We have been retained to provide comprehensive design services for more than 24,000 sf of public areas, and space planning consultation for an additional 56,500 sf.

We have applied LEED principles to all space planning, and we are working closely with the architect and the building owners to ensure that the project will meet the highest level of LEED requirements. For instance, we have planned typical floor plates to showcase the best possible layouts for various workplaces, to allow end users to have maximum access to natural light. All materials, lighting and furniture have been selected based on LEED requirements.
