Partner-in-Charge of Strategic Planning, Financial Services

Tom joined the firm in 2002, after more than two decades of experience in real estate operations for the financial industry. He became a Partner in 2004.

   Today, Tom’s responsibilities at SGH Design Partners include real estate review, project management, facilities management, strategic sourcing, cost and financial management, site selection, audits and space optimization studies.
   From 1990 to 2001, Tom served as Manager and Associate Vice President of Real Estate for TD Bank Financial Group. There he was involved in developing and implementing business resumption sites, customer care centres, data centres and head office environments.
   “Many of the projects I lead are technically challenging,” Tom says. “But no matter how challenging, my goal is to present each client with a creatively designed, well constructed and cost-effective solution that achieves the client’s strategic objectives.”
